Career Page Builder

The Career Page Builder in Pitch N Hire allows you to create a branded, professional-looking career page that showcases your company, team, values, and open positions — all from your admin dashboard.

To access it, click the Career Page Builder option in the left-hand sidebar of your Pitch N Hire dashboard.

Career Page Builder Sections

Clicking on the Career Page Builder opens up the following key sections:

  • Overview and Media
  • People and Benefits
  • Google Analytics
  • Generate Embed Code

Company Overview

Add a short introduction about your company’s mission, vision, and values.

Make use of the built-in rich text editor to format content using:

  • Bold / Italics
  • Alignment controls
  • Text color, etc.

Once added, click Update and Save.

Use this section to upload branded imagery or behind-the-scenes visuals:

  • Minimum: Upload at least 3 images
  • Formats Supported: .PNG, .JPG
  • Image Size: 640x400 or 8:5 aspect ratio
  • Upload Method: Direct upload from your device

Click Update and Save after uploading.

Note: You can enable/disable the media gallery via the toggle switch in the top-right corner of this section.

Favicon Upload

Upload a favicon that appears in the browser tab and bookmarks.

  • Format: .PNG or .JPG
  • Dimension: 32x32 pixels

Click Update and Save to apply.

People and Benefits

Showcase your team members visually and professionally:

  1. Navigate to Career Page Builder → People and Benefits
  2. Initially, this section is empty. Click + Add New to add a team member.

In the popup, fill:

  • Profile Picture: PNG/JPG (min: 256x256 px)
  • Name
  • Designation
  • Description

Click Save to include the member in your career page display.

You can preview your additions by clicking on Go To Your Career Site.

Google Analytics Integration

To track career page traffic and interactions:

  1. Go to the Google Analytics section.
  2. Enter your Measurement ID or Tracking ID.
  3. Save your changes.

This gives you insight into visitor demographics, behaviors, and more.

Generate Embed Code

Once your Career Page is ready, you can embed it into your official company website.

Options Available:

Job Listings Embed

  • Go to Generate Embed Code
  • Copy the <script> HTML from the Job Listing Code section
  • Paste it into your site where you want job listings to appear dynamically

Career Site Embed

  • Copy the <iframe> HTML from the Career Site section
  • Place the iframe within the <body> of your webpage

To copy, click Copy Code to Clipboard.
To cancel, click Close.

Live Preview – “Go To Your Career Site”

After customizing your page:

  • Return to the Career Page Builder
  • Click Go To Your Career Site (located under Generate Embed Code)

You’ll be redirected to a live version of your career site.

Before Finalizing:

  • Ensure images are aligned properly
  • All links are functional
  • Design elements scale correctly on desktop and mobile

Once satisfied, your page is ready to be shared — serving as the digital front door for future candidates!
