Settings
The Settings module allows you to configure and manage the core functionality of your ATS workspace. It’s designed to help recruiters, admins, and teams personalize and control their hiring environment.
Access the Settings section
Click the company logo (top right), then select ‘Settings’ from the dropdown menu
1. My Account
Manage your personal profile, including:
- Updating your name and contact details
- Changing your password
- Setting or editing your email signature
2. Company
Control and update your organization’s profile. You can:
- Edit company name, logo, and career page URL
Access and manage Client Companies
Click on ’+ Add Client Company’ button located on top right hand side in Client companies section located in Company
Required Fields (Must be Filled):
- Company Name: Full legal name of the client company
- Company Website URL: The complete website link
- Email: Official contact email of the client
- Country: The country where the client is located
- State: State or province of the client location
- City: City where the company operates
- Pincode: Postal or ZIP code of the client address
Optional Fields (Recommended but Not Mandatory):
- Employee Size: Approximate number of employees
- Phone Number: Contact number including country code
- Company Description: A brief summary about the company and its services
- Twitter URL: Link to the company’s Twitter profile
- Facebook URL: Link to the company’s Facebook page
- LinkedIn URL: Link to the company’s LinkedIn page
- Company Photo: Upload the company’s logo or relevant image
Fill all mandatory fields and click on save button — client company will be created
Company will be visible now in client company section
3. Resources
The Resources section allows you to configure and customize the foundational elements of your recruitment process. This helps maintain consistency and structure across all job postings and candidate data.
Click on Resources option on left hand side navigation bar under Settings module
You can manage and organize:
Candidate Tags
Add and organize tags to categorize candidates based on skills, stages, status, or any custom labels for quick filtering and tracking.
Candidate Sources
Identify and manage where your candidates are coming from (e.g., LinkedIn, Job Portals, Employee Referrals, Career Page).
List Options
Customize dropdown selections and predefined options used in various parts of the ATS (e.g., education levels, departments, industries, etc.)
To add List click on Add option under the specific list you wish to add, e.g., Employment type
Add employment type and click on save button
List is created with new option
4. Integrations
Connect your ATS with third-party tools:
- Email: Gmail, Outlook
- Calendars: Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar
5. User Roles
Manage team members and control access:
- Add or remove users
- Assign roles like Admin, Recruiter, or Viewer
- Set permissions based on roles
6. Chrome Extension
Install the PitchNHire Chrome Extension to:
- Source candidates from external sites
- Import candidate data directly into your ATS
